haiis... gt silver for my recent ippt... =( i wanted to get gold !!

SBJ : 234 (jus nice 4 point )
Shuttle run : 9.8 (5 points... but can do better )
Sit up : 42 (aiya easy lar this one )
Chin up : 8 (this... haiis im aiming for 12 in the next ippt... and this is one of the station i didnt make it for GOLD )

2.4km timming : 10.53 (abit cui lar but tat day wasnt a good day for ippt )

Silver =( ...

But i pass my SOC =) haha

Its being quite sometimes since i last updated...
hmmm bo bian ns life... meaning less time... the minute i step out of camp = i wun stay in front of the comp... or rather my book out is for me to enjoy outside... n ya... wif my parents too...

hmmm field camp coming up... sooo ya... mentally prepared ?? no!!! im not... i can believe i cant bath for fking 6days... shag... but bo bian... this is life... wad can i do ?? hmmm...

lifes is quite fun in camp... all the tekaning... haiis get used to it...
